Welcome to Jackson Veterinary Physiotherapy
My name is Rosie Jackson. I am a mobile Veterinary Physiotherapist and registered Veterinary Nurse, I am also a Canine remedial massage specialist.
I am registered with the National association of veterinary physiotherapists (NAVP), the RCVS and Canine Massage Guild. I offer a range of physiotherapy based services to help small and large animals who are struggling with chronic conditions such as Osteoarthritis, recovering from injury or surgery.
The services I can offer are based in YOUR OWN HOME include:
-
Specialist Massage and myofascial bodywork
-
Electrotherapies (Where appropriate) I.e. Ultrasound, TENs, Muscle Stimulation
-
Hot and cold therapies
-
Remedial exercise prescription
-
Individual home/ yard management advice
-
Senior and young animal advice i.e. exercise in puppies
-
Socialisation sessions for nervous and fearful pets who need a little more understanding
-
Expert Veterinary nurse advice alongside physiotherapy recommendations

I support animals struggling with musculoskeletal injury, post operative recovery, orthopaedic conditions such as Osteoarthritis or Hip Dysplasia. Plus the golden oldies who are starting to struggle with their daily activities.
Massage and muscular conditioning also plays a vital role in reducing injury risk in sport and working dogs whilst keeping them in good condition.
Massage is the base of my treatments. This is a unique and strong, manipulative remedial treatment. Massage works by releasing hypertonic muscles, addresses the myofascial system, removing debilitating trigger points and helps rehabilitate injuries by breaking down restrictive scar tissue. This is then supported with appropriate stretches and exercises.
I work with you and your pet to help them get back on track by tailoring treatments specifically for the individual patient.
I am available in the following areas:
Worcester | Droitwich | Hereford | Bromyard | Kidderminster | Malvern | Pershore | Evesham | Upton Upon Severn
Any traveling out of a 15 mile radius may incur extra charge, this can be discussed at the time of booking.

Canine
Assessment
& Therapy
Canine physiotherapy can be used to support recovery from injury, treat musculoskeletal and neurological issues and promote well-being in older dogs and sporting or working dogs.
A combination of manual, ‘hands on’ treatment, stretches, exercises and electrotherapies are utilised to ensure our patients can live their best life.
Historically being prey animals, horses are excellent at hiding pain, which means they may express discomfort in other ways, such as exhibiting ‘naughty’ behavior or simply hiding the pain and becoming quiet and depressed.
Regular physiotherapy assessments can identify imbalances, reduced movement and muscular tension so that a treatment plan can be created, and the problem treated. Physiotherapy will also help to maintain freedom of movement, joint mobility and well-being in all equines, and can help those with confirmation issues stay sound and happy.
